Ethiopia — Guji, Uraga Station
$21.50
The highest-grown coffee on the shelf, and it tastes like it.
Grown between 2,000 and 2,250 metres in the Guji zone and washed at Uraga Station. High altitude slows the cherry down, and the cup shows it — light in the body, bright through the finish, closer to a black tea than to anything roasty.
Tasting notes
- Apricot
- Pineapple
- Lime
- Rose hips
- Black tea
